Refund / Return Policy

This policy explains when a payment for credits, subscriptions, or digital services may qualify for review.

1. Digital Services

ChannelPartner.Network provides digital credits, subscriptions, and platform services. These services cannot be physically returned.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Duplicate payments for the same transaction.
  • A successful charge where the purchased credits or service were not delivered due to a verified platform issue.
  • An incorrect amount charged because of a confirmed technical error.

3. Non-Refundable Cases

  • Credits or subscription benefits that have already been used, consumed, transferred, or expired.
  • Change of mind after successful delivery of the digital service.
  • Promotional, complimentary, bonus, or free credits unless the offer expressly states otherwise.
  • Loss caused by incorrect information, unauthorized account sharing, or violation of platform rules.

4. Request Process

Submit a refund request with the registered contact details, transaction ID, payment date, amount, and reason. Requests are reviewed against payment and usage records.

5. Approved Refunds

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Bank or payment-provider processing timelines may apply.
