Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how sessions, subscriptions, requests, and other platform services may be cancelled.

Effective date: June 11, 2026

1. Meetings and Sessions

A scheduled meeting or session should be cancelled or rescheduled from the available platform controls before it starts. Completed sessions and credits already consumed are not reversed merely because a participant did not use the outcome.

2. Credits and Subscriptions

You may stop future use of a plan at any time. Cancelling does not automatically refund used credits, an active billing period, or benefits already delivered. Any recurring payment cancellation applies to future renewals.

3. Project and Onboarding Requests

Pending onboarding or project requests may be withdrawn before processing is completed. Records required for audit, security, or legal purposes may remain stored.

4. Cancellation by the Platform

We may cancel or restrict a service because of fraud risk, non-payment, technical or legal requirements, safety concerns, or a violation of the platform terms.

5. How to Request Cancellation

Use the available account controls or contact support with your registered details and the relevant booking, transaction, project, or session reference.
